We offer 30, 45, and 60 minute classes designed for all levels of fitness. Our fitness playground includes monkey bars, tires, battle ropes, ski ergs, treadmills, air bikes, suspension trainers, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, rowers, kettlebells, and so much more!

METABOLIC classes focus on burning calories and boosting your metabolism. Formats include s.w.a.t., calorie, and warrior.

CONDITIONING classes focus on burning fat and building your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Formats include shredded, boxing, turbokick®, cardio quad, gravity fit, gravity barre, and werq®.

STRENGTH classes focus on building muscle, increasing power, and enhancing your muscular endurance. Formats include target 6, core, bags & bells, and suspension.

Since we believe that recovery is equally as important as working out, we offer active and restorative recovery classes to complement our workout classes. And for those of you who want to sit back and recover without doing any of the work, we have a passive recovery option for you too! 

ACTIVE recovery classes focus on active movements to lengthen the body. Formats include yoga flow, yoga core, and gravity yoga. 

RESTORATIVE recovery classes focus on deep stretching exercises to decompress the spine and lengthen the body. Formats include release + restore and yoga recover.

PASSIVE recovery, featuring NormaTec® PULSE technology, uses compressed air to massage your feet, legs & hips, mobilize fluid, and speed up recovery time. 30-minute sessions are recommended pre or post-workout and included in all ENRGi memberships.

Our process is the perfect balance to feel ENRGiZED, recover faster, and get lasting results. Our recommendation for lifelong fitness is to workout and recover 3-6 times per week and repeat weekly. Fitness is a journey, not a destination!
