Bootcamp Conditioning
300 Calorie Workout: The goal is simple: burn 300 calories or more in a high-energy, sweat drenched, 30 minute class. A unique blend of heart pounding cardio, strength, and muscle toning exercises will turn your fat burners on high and scorch the calories away!! Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.

Abs Fusion: All functional movement starts with your core. Offered in both 30 and 60 minute time slots to tone, sculpt, and burn all your core muscles along with a fusion of thrilling cardio and strength exercises to round out a superb workout. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
BLT Training/Blast : Get ready to rock your BLT’s (Butt, Legs, and Thighs) like you never thought possible!! Building a strong and toned lower body will be accomplished in 30 or 60 minutes using an amazing combination of cardio, strength, balance, and agility exercises that will tax your legs, but leaving you wanting more. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Cardio Dance and Sculpt: Great tunes, choreographed toning and weight lifting and a lot of dancing! Come join the fun and dance away those calories to your favorite jams from yesterday and today. This 60 minute class will have you movin’, groovin’, and then transitioning into some toning songs to increase the strength, balance, and definition of that party body. No dance experience necessary, all levels are welcome.
Kettlebell Bootcamp: The kettlebell is a great tool to work your muscles in a way you just cannot achieve with other methods. This simple piece of equipment challenges your core and stabilizing muscles like nothing else! Mix that with a full body, 60 minute bootcamp workout and you will walk away feeling the burn in muscles you didn’t know you had. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
INSANITY®: For the first time ever, one of the most popular at-home workout programs EVER is coming into group fitness rooms! INSANITY® focuses on MAX Interval Training – performing long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest in between. This class is packed with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. DIG DEEPER!
Plyometric Power: Crunched for time but still want a great workout? This 30-minute class is composed of intense plyometric drills using a 14-17 inch step box to increase explosiveness, endurance and speed. Each week both the format and equipment will change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout. Low impact options will be given for all levels to succeed.
Power Abs: Working on those abs is vital for your overall fitness! It’s not just about having that flat stomach and killer six-pack, but building a strong foundation for strength training and preventing injury! A strong core will help you lift heavier, balance better, do more push-ups, run injury-free and, yes, look awesome in a swim suit. This thirty minute blast will burn out your midsection and give you those washboard abs. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Ropes Gone Wild: Voted “Best New Cardio Workout” by Men’s Health Magazine, Ropes Gone Wild is the ultimate metabolic workout leaving your whole body shaking. You’ll be burning calories for hours afterward. The battle ropes offer a high intensity, full body, ZERO impact workout experience. Get ready to give the ropes a serious beating. All fitness levels welcome!
Shredded: Like your workout with some energy?! Well, TRIPLE that and get ready to get Shredded!! This low impact, non jumping bootcamp class is a 60 minute full body routine of pulse pounding cardio, weights, and toning exercises designed to push your body to the edge. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Skinny Jeans:Want to rock those tight pants? Here’s how you do it. Cardio to burn away the fat, plus killer tummy and butt toning to make heads turn! The workout will change every week and may include (but is not limited to) barre work, plyometrics, kickball toning, pilates, stairs, weight training and bootcamp moves. Yes, you’ll be sore tomorrow, but come to this class on a regular basis and you’ll need to go shopping for some new pants in a smaller size! Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
The 300 Workout: The goal is simple: 300 repetitions of a handful of select exercises. Based on the vigorous workout completed by the actors preparing for the movie “300″, this 30 minute full body routine that includes body weight, resistance, and plyometric exercises will leave you wondering how you achieved so much in so little time. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
The Celebrity Workout: Who says celebrities have all the fun? Now we can rock their workouts too, and achieve that red carpet ready, hot bod for ourselves. Based on workouts designed for your favorite celebrities to stay in top form, this 60 minute class will challenge you to see what it takes to get that hard body by using weights, cardio, toning, and sculpting in this fun and engaging class. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Ultimate Conditioning / Blast: It is called ultimate for a reason….this full body, heart pounding, muscle searing test of strength and endurance is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and right into the results you have always wanted!! Utilizing bodyweight, resistance, agility, and toning exercises in this 60 minute, high energy, cross training class you will push your whole body to the limit, leaving you spent but satisfied. Ultimate is the real deal with real results. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Velocity 360: This class will push your inner athlete to achieve max strength, power and speed! Using the dynamic Recoil 360 band system you will train like an athlete and practice intense speed and agility drills while being pulled by the Recoil resistance bands. You’ll feel like you’re flying and like you’re running through molasses at the same time! This class is guaranteed to get the heart-rate skyrocketing and to improve your speed and power. Velocity 360 will feature many high-impact exercises, so people with ankle, knee and back injuries please use caution. Modifications will be given for all exercises so all fitness levels are welcome!
Warrior Conditioning: Ready to become a true workout warrior? This amazing, 60 minute, full body, circuit style workout will test the limit of your strength, endurance, balance, agility, and will power. Each and every week is a new series of circuits utilizing weights, TRX, battle rope, sandbags, medicine ball, jump rope, rowing machines, and more to electrify your body into warrior-like results. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Barre
Barre Burn: Get your body that toned, well defined look and feel with Barre Burn. This 60 minute, full body workout is a unique take on traditional barre ballet and dance formats that will get those muscles burning and shaking with low impact, pulsing, and stabilizing postures sure to tighten and sculpt your body. Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!
Cardio Barre: With the double threat of energizing cardio and toning barre exercises, this class is focused on shedding fat and building a leaner, tighter body. Offered in both 30 minute and 45 minute classes, you will be sculpting your arms, legs, and core with dance and ballet style conditioning exercises then elevating your metabolism with cardio bursts that will leave you sweating and feeling fantastic. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Cardio Kickboxing
Strength Boxing – 45: When you work hard you see results fast! Get ready to blast yourself into fighting shape fast with Strength Boxing 45!! You are sure to sweat it out and supercharge your endurance with this 45 minute class of high octane, cardio kickboxing using dumbbell weights that will take you right into an extreme muscle burn out before cooling down. Get your energy up and “knock out” this workout!! Not recommended for cardio kickboxing beginners.
Strength Boxing – 30: For all you kickboxing lovers, we’ve added Strength Boxing 30! You’ll get a quick 30-minutes of high octane cardio kickboxing using 2 lb weights, followed by an extreme muscle burn out before cooling down. Regular attendance will get you well on your way to being a lean, mean fighting machine! Not recommended for cardio kickboxing beginners.
Turbokick™: TurboKick™ pairs unique movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give you the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss! No cardio kickboxing experience necessary, all levels welcome!
Dance

WERQ™: WERQ™ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on your favorite dance, pop, and hip-hop music. You will be shakin’, movin’, drop’n it like it’s hot, and having a blast following the instructor through the choreographed songs that will burn tons of calories, all while tightening and toning your whole body. Each class concludes with balance and yoga style cool down to bring your body and mind back down to normal. No dance experience required, all levels are welcome.
Zumba™: Crank up the tunes and let the dance party begin!! It’s all about finding your groove and pumping up your heart rate in this easy-to-follow, Latin inspired dance party that will have you sweating, clapping, and having so much fun that you will forget that you are working out!! No dance experience needed, just follow along with the instructor and lose yourself in the red hot beats! No dance experience necessary, all levels welcome!
Strength Training
Arms and Chest Blast: Raise your hand if you want more defined, stronger, and toned arms and upper body! Well, get it done in this power-packed 30 minute class that will push your arms to the limit with a strength, toning, and stabilization routine that will make you proud to show off those arms. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.

Chisel fo’ Shizzel™: Chisel fo’ Shizzel™ is a strength class with personality! Created in 2011 by fitness motivator Susanna Kalnes, this format utilizes free weights, is taught in a group setting, and is suitable for participants of all fitness levels. Each 30 or 45-minute class features a set of choreographed songs that are designed to help students reach muscle fatigue. Results include increased muscle tone, decreased “jiggle,” and an overall sense of empowerment that comes with having a body that is chiseled…for shizzel! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!

Power Strength: Power Strength is a Barbell class that incorporates Simple Exercises, Power Lifts and Olympic Lifts to encompass a full body workout that will reduce fat, get you toned and jump start your metabolism. No strength training experience is necessary to take this class. All levels welcome.
TRX Arms, Back and Chest: You are going to LOVE suspension training. Using our ceiling mounted adjustable straps and your body weight, you will get a killer, total body workout with focus on your arms, back and chest. All levels welcome and be prepared to swing, shake and sweat! Only eight spaces per class, so make your reservations in advance! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!
TRX Core: You are going to LOVE suspension training. Using our ceiling mounted adjustable straps and your body weight, you will get a killer, total body workout that will challenge your core, balance and strength. All levels welcome and be prepared to swing, shake and sweat! Only eight spaces per class, so make your reservations in advance! Modifications will be given, all levels welcome!
TRX Full Body: You are going to LOVE suspension training. Rowing
Cross Training Trio: Want to get a lot of workout in a little bit of time? Try Cross Training Trio! This self guided, half hour workout will challenge you with a posted “Workout of the Week” which you will tackle three different disciplines including: rowing, running, core, strength, stair climbing, and plyometrics in a timed session. The goal is to post your personal best and compete against yourself or try to take over the leader board!! Experience in rowing and bootcamp style classes recommended.
Core Burn: Get ready to rock your abs with a super-charged mix of rowing, core strengthening, and upper body exercises in this 30 minute class. Core Burn will blast away the calories with some fantastic cardio rowing and then burn your core muscles deep, getting you ready to show off that sweet six pack. Never rowed before, No problem! An instructor will lead the class to correct form and motivate you. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Warrior Conditioning: Ready to become a true workout warrior? Yoga Fusion (fitness-based)
PiYo Strength™: PiYo Strength® is the perfect blend of many disciplines: sports training, core conditioning, dance, stretch, and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, core stability, and agility. This workout provides an incredible experience and helps you lose weight. All levels welcome!
Yogalates: The best of both worlds: Yogalates is a seamless blend of yoga and pilates that takes the flexibility, flow, and meditative elements of yoga and the strengthening, toning, and stabilizing core work of pilates to achieve a fantastic, rejuvenative workout that will still get a deep muscle burn. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
Yoga & Stretch Classes
Bliss Yoga: This yoga class is the perfect chill-out class to rejuvenate your muscles. The room is lit with candles to lend a serene and calming feel to your workout. The instructor integrates yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation to harmonize you on every level. Yogis of all levels welcome.
Full Bodywork Stretching: Stretching is a fundamental way to improve your overall health and fitness. It helps prevent injury while exercising and makes daily activities easier. The instructor will lead you through numerous stretching techniques that will INCREASE your range of motion, DECREASE post-workout muscle soreness, and RELAX your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy!
Knead to Stretch®: Knead to Stretch® is an ENRGi trademarked class. The instructor will lead you through a variety of deep muscle stretches and self-massage and foam rolling techniques to knead warmth and flow back into your muscles. This class feels as good as getting a massage and is just what your body kneads.
Vinyasa Warrior: Vinyasa, which means “breath-synchronized movement,” is sometimes called flow yoga because the motion of the body is tied together with the breath from one pose to the next. This 60 or 70 minute, powerful yoga class will introduce arm balances, core strengthening, breath-work, and meditation to enrich the mind and body. Modifications will be given for each exercise, so all levels are welcome.
