Our icon is a hexagram from the “I Ching“, which signifies balance. The top lines are water and the bottom lines are fire. Therefore, we created ENRGi to represent the energetic balance between movement and recovery.

Variety is our specialty! We are a fitness playground and have almost every piece of equipment you can think of and more! All of our formats have a different focus so that clients can come to us 3-5 times per week without overtraining. Our classes are a one-stop-shop for cardio, strength, and recovery all in one place. We give levels for each exercise so everyone will feel like an athlete in our classes.

Since we believe the recovery is equally important as the workout, recovery is a huge component to our programming. If a client is extra sore, we have recover-only options where they can ditch the workout, relax, and recover. Check out our classes & recovery page to learn more.
