  • calorie: The goal of this exercise class is simple: get a full body workout burning as many calories as possible during this high-energy and sweat-drenched class. Experience a unique blend of heart-pounding cardio, plyometrics, and muscle toning exercises that will turn your fat burners on high and scorch the calories away! This exercise class will boost your metabolism for hours afterward. Workout Breakdown: 70% cardio / 30% strength. Recover Breakdown: five minutes stretching and improving flexibility except for 30-minute classes.
  • s.w.a.t.: A unique circuit training workout that will take your cardio to the next level! SWEAT IT OUT on air bikes, rowers, treadmills, SkiErg’s, and stairs; then BUILD FAT BURNING MUSCLE using monkey bars, suspension trainers, barbells, and more! Each circuit will be a vigorous but fun challenge on a new piece of exercise equipment. This exercise course will burn mega calories and boost your metabolism for hours afterward. sweat. work. accelerate. transform. Workout Breakdown: 50% cardio / 50% strength. Recover Breakdown: five minutes stretching and improving flexibility except for 30-minute classes.
  • meta – box: High-intensity boxing and conditioning circuits designed to boost your METAbolism. During each exercise class, you may punch and kick heavy bags, use double end bags, do partner work, and other boxing related conditioning drills! You will spend 30-40 intense minutes working out to boost your METAbolism THEN 10 minutes foam rolling and deep stretching to recover faster between workouts. Workout Breakdown: 33% boxing / 33% cardio / 33% strength. Recover Breakdown: 10-12 minutes releasing tension and improving flexibility.
  • meta – full body: High-intensity cardio and strength circuits designed to boost your METAbolism. During each exercise class, you can use a variety of workout equipment from spin bikes, rowers, rope pulleys and battle ropes, Gladiator Walls, and SO MUCH MORE! You will spend 30-40 intense minutes working out to boost your METAbolism THEN 10 minutes foam rolling and deep stretching to recover faster between workouts. Workout Breakdown: 50% cardio / 50% strength. Recover Breakdown: 10-12 minutes releasing tension and improving flexibility.
  • warrior: ready to become a true workout warrior? This circuit-style workout class will test the limits of your strength, endurance, balance, agility, and willpower. You’ll be put through a strength circuit utilizing weights, battle ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, kettlebells and more. Then you’ll head upstairs to melt the fat with a cardio circuit incorporating treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, and stairs! This exercise class will burn mega calories and boost your metabolism for hours afterward. Workout Breakdown: 50% cardio / 50% strength. Recover Breakdown: five minutes stretching and improving flexibility.
strength

All levels welcome! Some of the below formats are 30 minutes and do not include a cool down. Please see “recovery” below for all of our recovery options. 

  • core: An intense core focused daily workout (WOD) in just 30-minutes. A strong body must have a strong core! Your core is a complex series of muscles, extending far beyond your abs, including everything besides your arms and legs. It is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body. Workout Breakdown: 100% core. Recover Breakdown: since this class is 30-mins, there is no dedicated cool-down.
  • shredded: A full body, high intensity yet LOW impact conditioning class designed to build lean muscle mass and burn fat. Heavier weights and occasional bursts of LOW impact pulse-pounding cardio will push your body to the edge. Shredded has been an ENRGi signature exercise class since 2009 — a must try! Workout Breakdown: 70% strength / 30% cardio. Recover Breakdown: five minutes stretching and improving flexibility.
  • suspension: Have your muscles ever felt like jello after a workout? If not, allow us to introduce you to suspension training. Developed by Navy SEALs, suspension training classes leverage gravity and your body weight to increase strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Workout Breakdown: 90% strength / 10% cardio. Recover Breakdown: five minutes stretching and improving flexibility.
  • target 6: A power-packed, low impact strength class designed to target six key areas of the body: arms, back, chest, butt, legs, and thighs. You’ll be performing exercises that utilize strength, balance, and functionality to build a stronger and more defined body! Workout Breakdown: 100% strength. Recover Breakdown: since this class is 30 minutes, there is no dedicated cool-down. 
yoga

  • ashtanga yoga: This powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa.) Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility, and stamina for a complete body workout — building core strength and toning the body.
  • gravity yoga: This yoga-inspired fitness class uses hammocks suspended from the ceiling. Harness gravity and deepen each expression by transferring standing and balancing postures into the air. Vinyasa sequences, inversion therapy and decompression of the spine will be integrated dynamically in this practice. Gravity yoga is an exceptional way to build your floor practice and actively recover between workouts. *If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, we do not recommend taking this class. Please check with your doctor beforehand.
  • yoga core: a fitness-based yoga class designed to compliment your fitness routine and strengthen your core. We’ll work deep into the core in conventional and unconventional ways while still building heat throughout the body to lengthen and strengthen every muscle group.
  • yoga recover: a relaxing sequence of breath-infused stretch flows meant to release tension, “untangle” knots and restore energy. This is the perfect recovery day workout plan that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated!
  • yoga sculpt: Where strength training meets yoga, there is Yoga Sculpt! Think vinyasa flows with hand weights while incorporating bicep curls, lunges, and squats. This exercise class will leave you feeling the burn way after it’s over! Yoga Sculpt is great for those who love strength training and want to try it in a different form.
dance

All levels welcome! Please see “recovery” below for all of our recovery options. 

  • werq®: a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on your favorite dance, pop, and hip-hop music. You will be shakin’, movin’, drop’n it like it’s hot, and having a blast following the dance instructor through the choreographed songs that will burn tons of calories — all while tightening and toning your whole body. Each werq® class concludes with balance and a yoga-style cool down to bring your body and mind back down to a state of rest. No dance experience necessary!
recovery
  • compression therapy – Compression therapy uses compressed air to massage your feet, legs and hips. Regular use will speed up recovery time between workouts, improve circulation in the extremities and reduce muscle soreness. Compression therapy is recommended at least three times per week. Since we have limited spaces available, reservations are required.
  • foam rolling – Foam rolling is a form of self-massage that increases blood flow to your muscles, therefore aiding with recovery and improved performance. While foam rolling is essential to training, it’s often forgotten. If we tell people to foam roll after class, the chances of them doing it are slim to none. HOWEVER, if we make foam rolling part of the class the last 8-12 minutes, 99% of people will stick around, and keep coming back for more!  All of our signature “meta” exercise classes include foam rolling.
  • recover circuit – Whether you’re extra sore and need a day off OR you want to take this class after a workout, this is the ultimate recovery class! The goal is simple — to help you recover faster. Each station will have a different recovery focus that includes decompressing the spine, releasing muscle tension, lengthening the muscles and improving flexibility. There’s nothing like it and it’s simply AHH-MAZING!
  • yoga – Our recovery based yoga classes are Ashtanga yoga, gravity yoga, and recover yoga. All of these programs focus on deep stretching, alignment, lengthening. In addition, gravity yoga incorporates inversion therapy to decompress the spine.

  • meta: The goal of this cardio-based class is simple: get a sweat drenched workout that’ll boost your METAbolism for hours afterward! Experience a unique blend of cardio circuits including (but not limited to) self-powered treadmills, skiergs, boxing bags, TRX trainers, Gladiator Walls, air bikes, slam balls and SO MUCH MORE! Workout Breakdown: 90% cardio / 10% strength. Recover Breakdown: the end of class is dedicated to foam rolling, deep stretching, and/or mobility. Meta is offered on Mondays & Thursdays. 
  • warrior: The goal of this fast paced cardio & strength based class is to bring out your inner warrior! We’ll continually challenge your body with new movement patterns that’ll test the limits of your strength & endurance. You’ll spend no more than a minute at each station doing sled pushes, climbing Gladiator Walls, weaving on the monkey bars, balancing on med balls and SO MUCH MORE! Workout Breakdown: 50% cardio / 50% strength. Recover Breakdown: the end of class is dedicated to foam rolling, deep stretching, and/or mobility. Warrior is offered on Wednesdays & Saturdays. 
strength

  • shredded: The goal of this strength-based class is to build lean muscle mass using both traditional & nontraditional strength training equipment. Dumbells, kettlebells, TRX trainers, climbing ropes, rope pulleys and resistance-based treadmills make up some of the equipment you may use. Each class has a targeted muscle focus so you can workout with us 3-5 times per week without overtraining. Workout Breakdown: 90% strength / 10% cardio. Recover Breakdown: the end of class is dedicated to foam rolling, deep stretching, and/or mobility. Shredded is offered on Tuesdays & Fridays.

  • defense: A blend of Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee’s Martial Art), Systema (Russian Special Forces Training) and MMA geared towards teaching basic principles that are effective and easy to learn. Participants will develop confidence, awareness, tactics, and physical principles to apply to real life scenarios.

RECOVERY ROOM

We have an incredibly zen recovery room where our members can relax, decompress & recover. Our recovery room is available during class times on a first serve basis. We recommend using it post workout as long as you’re wearing socks and bring a change of clothes. If you’re extra sore, you can ditch the workout and just use our recovery room.

  • compression therapy – Compression therapy uses compressed air to massage your feet, legs, and hips. Regular use will speed up recovery time between workouts, improve circulation in the extremities and reduce muscle soreness.
  • muscle therapy – Release tight muscles in your neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet with the best chair massage you’ve ever experienced. Regular use will speed up recovery time between workouts, relax overused muscles, improve flexibility and leave you feeling OMG amazing!

FOAM ROLLING, DEEP STRETCHING & MOBILITY

Since we believe the recovery is equally important as the workout, the end of each class is dedicated to foam rolling, deep stretching, and/or doing mobility exercises.

  • foam rolling – Foam rolling is a form of self-massage that increases blood flow to your muscles, therefore aiding with recovery and improved performance. While it’s essential to training, it’s often skipped. If we tell people to foam roll after class, the chances of them doing it are slim to none. HOWEVER, if we make foam rolling part of the class, 99% of people will stick around, and keep coming back for more!
