workout - conditioning

All levels welcome for the below formats!

  • boxing: harness the power of your body as you learn how to throw punches and combinations. In this workout you will learn proper boxing technique – punches, footwork, head movement, and defensive positions – while getting a solid aerobic and conditioning workout.
  • barre remix: embrace the burn with traditional barre exercises remixed with HIIT cardio intervals and suspended barres. This class puts a challenging twist on balance, sculpting, toning, and cardio. While this is a high intensity barre class, low impact options will be given for all cardio exercises.
  • gravity fit: defy gravity using hammocks, the wall, and bars suspended from the ceiling while you work through specialized push and pull movements. gravity fit is unlike any other fitness class you’ve taken and will challenge your mind and body in unique ways!
  • shredded: a full body, high intensity yet LOW impact conditioning class designed to build lean muscle mass and burn fat. Heavier weights and occasional bursts of LOW impact pulse-pounding cardio will push your body to the edge. Shredded has been an ENRGi signature class for over 7 years and a must try!
  • turbokick®: the ultimate cardio kickboxing class with a dance party atmosphere. Turbokick combines traditional kickboxing moves with calorie blasting, high intensity interval training, set to heart pounding dance music. Each full body workout consists of a warm-up, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a cool-down designed to maximize weight loss! No kickboxing experience necessary!
  • werq®: a fiercely fun dance fitness class based on your favorite dance, pop, and hip-hop music. You will be shakin’, movin’, drop’n it like it’s hot, and having a blast following the instructor through the choreographed songs that will burn tons of calories, all while tightening and toning your whole body. Each class concludes with balance and yoga style cool down to bring your body and mind back down to normal. No dance experience necessary!
workout - metabolic

All levels welcome for the below formats!

  • calorie: the goal of this class is simple: burn as many calories as possible during this high-energy and sweat drenched class. A unique blend of heart pounding cardio, plyometrics, strength, and muscle toning exercises will turn your fat burners on high and scorch the calories away! This class will boost your metabolism for hours afterward.
  • s.w.a.t.: a unique circuit training workout that will take your cardio to the next level! SWEAT IT OUT on air bikes, rowers, treadmills, ski erg’s and/or stairs then BUILD FAT BURNING MUSCLE using monkey bars, suspension trainers, barbells, and more! Each 2-7 minute circuit will be a vigorous but fun challenge on a new piece of equipment. This class will burn mega calories and boost your metabolism for hours afterward. sweat. work. accelerate. transform.
  • warrior: ready to become a true workout warrior? This circuit style workout will test the limit of your strength, endurance, balance, agility, and will power. You’ll be put through a strength circuit utilizing weights, battle ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, kettlebells and more. Then you’ll head upstairs to melt the fat with a cardio circuit incorporating treadmills, stationary bikes, rowers, and stairs! This class will burn mega calories and boost your metabolism for hours afterward.
workout - strength

All levels welcome for the below formats.

  • bags & bells: an intense Kettle Bell and Bulgarian Bag focused WOD in just 30-minutes. The exercises will require your body to move in unique & healthy ways to improve posture, body awareness, and overall make you mad fit.
  • barbell strength: this 30-minute class uses barbells ranging from 5 to 100 pounds. It incorporates simple exercises, power lifts and olympic lifts to encompass a full body strength workout.
  • core: an intense core focused WOD in just 30-minutes. The exercises will require your body to move in unique & healthy ways to improve posture, body awareness, and overall make you mad fit.
  • suspension: have your muscles ever felt like jello after a workout? If not, allow us introduce you to suspension training. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training will leverage gravity and your body weight to increase strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
  • target 6: a power packed, low impact strength class designed to target 6 key areas of the body: arms, back, chest, butt, legs and thighs. You’ll be performing exercises that utilize strength, balance, and functionality to build a stronger and more defined body!

Some of the classes are 30 minute classes, which do not include a cool down. Please use our recover club and foam rollers directly after class or take one of our recover classes.

recover - active

All levels welcome for the below formats.  

  • gravity yoga: this yoga inspired class uses hammocks suspended from the ceiling. Harness gravity and deepen each expression by transferring standing and balancing postures into the air. Vinyasa sequences, inversion therapy and decompression of the spine will be integrated dynamically in this practice. This is an exceptional way to build your floor practice and actively recover between workouts. *If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, we do not recommend taking this class. Please check with your doctor beforehand.
  • yoga core: a fitness-based yoga class designed to compliment your fitness routine and strengthen your core. We’ll work deep into the core in conventional and unconventional ways while still building heat throughout the body to lengthen and strengthen every muscle group.
  • yoga flow: a fitness-based yoga class designed to compliment your fitness routine. Improve mobility while building heat in the body to lengthen and strengthen every muscle group. A few minutes of relaxation at the end will leave you refreshed and energized.
recover - restore

All levels welcome for the below formats.

  • release + restore: release tension in your muscles using trigger point foam rollers + restore your body using stretch bands, yoga blocks, yoga trapezes, and more. The ultimate goal is to achieve full body restoration, focusing on deep stretching and trigger point therapy. This is an exceptional way to recover between workouts and after an injury.
  • yoga recover: a relaxing sequence of breath-infused stretch flows meant to release tension, “untangle” knots and restore energy. This is the perfect recovery day workout that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated!


recover - passive

This is not a class. 

  • normatec session: want to feel less sore and recover faster between workouts? Our recover club, featuring normatec® technology, uses compressed air to massage your feet, legs & hips, mobilize fluid, and speed up recovery time. 30-minute sessions are recommended pre or post-workout and included in ENRGi memberships!

Our process is the perfect balance to feel ENRGiZED, recover faster, and get lasting results. Our recommendation for lifelong fitness is to workout and recover 3-6 times per week and repeat weekly. Fitness is a journey, not a destination!
