What makes ENRGi different from other gyms?
We are a group fitness community full of ENRGi, hard work, and fun! Our process is simple: workout. recover. repeat.
One-Stop-Shop. Our programming is a one-stop-shop offering cardio, strength, and recovery all in one place. Since we are all about simplicity, classes and most recovery options are included in all memberships.
Balanced Variety. We are a fitness playground and have almost every piece of equipment you can think of and more! All of our formats have a different focus so that clients can come to us 3-5 times per week without overtraining. However, if a client is extra sore, we have recover only options where they can ditch the workout, relax, and recover. Click here to learn more about our classes & recovery options at each location.
Recovery. Since we believe the recovery is equally as important as the workout, recovery is a huge component to our programming.
Levels. We give levels for each exercise so everyone will feel like an athlete in our classes.
Community. We pride ourselves on our welcoming, friendly, and down-to-earth vibe. Many people have called us their “home away from home.”
Our process is the perfect balance to feel ENRGiZED, recover faster, and get lasting results. Our recommendation for lifelong fitness is to workout and recover 3-5 times per week and repeat weekly. Fitness is a journey, not a destination!

General Waitlist Information:
- If you are added to a waitlist, you will receive an email that you got into class IF you are opted-IN to our email system. If you are not receiving these emails, you can opt-IN under your account.
- If you do not get into class, you will not be notified.
- Once you’re added from a waitlist, late cancel and no show fees may apply.
