What makes ENRGi different from other gyms?

We are a group fitness community full of ENRGi, hard work, and fun! Burn calories, build muscle and recover faster with our 3-step process: workout. recover. repeat.

workout. Variety is our specialty! Our fitness playground includes battle ropes, treadmills, air bikes, suspension trainers, Gladiator Walls, slam balls, and SO MUCH MORE. We give options for ALL levels of fitness so everyone feels like an athlete in our classes.

recover. Since we believe that recovery is equally as important as working out, recovery is a huge component to our programming. We offer foam rolling to release tension in the muscles, inversion therapy to decompress the spine, compression therapy to improve circulation, and deep stretching to lengthen the muscles.

repeat. Our process is the perfect balance to feel ENRGiZED, recover faster, and get lasting results. Our recommendation for lifelong fitness is to workout and recover 3-6 times per week and repeat weekly. Fitness is a journey, not a destination!

What if I am new to working out or haven't worked out in a while?

Join us anyway! Our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels so everyone can feel like an athlete in our classes. We encourage you to come, even if you have never worked out before.  IMPORTANT:  If you have an injury or condition that needs special modifications, please arrive early and let your instructor know before class begins.  

What should I wear?

Come dressed to get sweaty as long it’s a tee shirt or tank top and shorts, capris, or pants. Regular workout shoes are required, unless otherwise noted in the class description. In addition, please bring your own yoga mat. 

Can I come to ENRGi if I am pregnant?

Yes, you can. However, please clear it with your doctor and bring a doctor’s note with you to class before beginning any prenatal program. Please inform your instructor prior to class that you are pregnant. We suggest arriving a little early to discuss modifications with your instructor before class.

How early do I need to arrive before a class?

If this is your first class, please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. Otherwise, please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.

What happens if I am added to a waitlist?

To view your studio’s exact waitlist policies, log into your account and go to “My Info” then “My Schedule”.

General Waitlist Information:

  • If you are added to a waitlist, you will receive an email that you got into class IF you are opted-IN to our email system. If you are not receiving these emails, you can opt-IN under your account.
  • If you do not get into class, you will not be notified.
  • Once you’re added from a waitlist, late cancel and no show fees may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?

In order to help all our clients get into the classes they want, we do enforce a cancellation policy and charge a fee for late cancels and no-shows. To view your studio’s policies, log into your account and go to “My Info” then “My Schedule”.

What are your membership and pricing options?

Go to “Locations” then select your home studio. There will be a “Pricing” button on the top that will direct you to all of our pricing options.

Once I’m a member, is there a way I can bring my friends to workout with me?

Yes! Once you are a member, you’ll receive unlimited newbie passes for friends & family who’ve NEVER been to ENRGi. Your “newbie” can purchase 1 pass under “First Time Offer” in our online store for 50% off our single drop-in cost. Ask the Front Desk or email us for the exclusive code!
